Any bookings you purchase using this website, which is confirmed in accordance with the terms and conditions, will constitute a legal agreement between you and Superbreak MiniHolidays Ltd. BookHotels act as agent only. All bookings you make will be subject to the terms and conditions of Superbreak MiniHolidays Ltd as shown here: Terms and Conditions.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
BookHotels can change the terms and conditions as they wish. The existing terms and conditions when you made a reservation or booking remain applicable.

REGISTRATION
When you decide to register we ask you for personal details such as your name, email address, age, whether you are a student and the region in which you live.
The information is then used to send you publications.

THIRD PARTIES
Information to third parties would only occur at specific times e.g. when we are running a competition with a partner. Should you choose to accept this information, please be aware that all third parties manage the data under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act and all information is processed in accordance with the principles laid down by the Act.

PRIVACY
The ads appearing on parts of this web site are delivered to you, on our behalf. Information about your visit to this site, such as the number of times you have viewed an ad. (but not your name, address, or other personal information) is used to serve ads to you on this site.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your booking, this must be done in writing. The date of cancellation is the date it is received in this office. The minimum charge is the deposit amount.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
We reserve the absolute right to cancel your booking. However, in no case will this be cancelled within four weeks of departure except for reasons of "force majeure" and/or Act of God. In this event we will refund any monies paid less our reasonable expenses.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
All descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure their accuracy. However in view of the detail contained and the fact that descriptions are prepared some time in advance of travel arrangements, advertised facilities, amenities, entertainments and schedules may on occasion be changed or cancelled. We have taken all reasonable and proper steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for all the travel arrangements, which are advertised on this site and that the suppliers of the various services which will be provided to you as part of the inclusive holiday, as part of the inclusive travel arrangements are efficient, safe and reputable businesses, and that they comply with the local, national laws and regulations of the country in which they provide these services. We have no direct control over the provision of services to clients by suppliers. Our liability in respect of carriage by sea or air is limited to the terms of the international conventions covering sea and air travel.

OTHER CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY
When you travel by sea the conditions of carriage of the carrier apply. Some such conditions may exclude liability and are subject
to international agreements between countries. These conditions are usually shown on your ticket and are available from this office for inspection.
If you are prevented from travelling because in the opinion of any person in authority you appear to be unfit to travel or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to other passengers, our responsibility for your holiday will immediately cease.
We will not be responsible for any costs you may incur or make any refunds to you. Valuable items are at all times at the customers own risk and should be covered by insurance.

TRAVEL / PASSPORTS & VISAS
When you travel with the carrier, the carriers conditions apply, some may have limited liability. Please note that in accordance with Air Navigation Orders, an infant must be less than 2 years of age on the date of the return flight, to qualify for infant status. All passengers will require passport and all appropriate visas, many countries require that your passport should be valid for a further 6 months from the date of entry. We do not accept any responsibility if you do not comply with the regulations.

HEALTH
Please check the various health requirements for the country you are visiting.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your whole journey.
